A three-day strike by ABM workers at Stansted Airport has been called off, less than two days before it was due to start.
Around 100 Unite members, who look after passengers with disabilities, were set to walk out from Sunday 3 May until 6 May but are now being balloted on another pay deal.
The strike had originally been planned for 17-20 April. That was called off at the 11th hour after another offer was put forward, but was later rejected.
Unite regional officer Steve Edwards said:Â “After talks, we have suspended upcoming industrial action to allow members to have their say and vote on a deal.”
