EasyJet holidays to cover cost of babies’ first passports

EasyJet holidays will cover the £66.50 cost of a baby’s passport when parents book an easyJet holiday, for a limited period.

The offer applies to bookings made from today (22 Oct) to 26 November 2026.

A promo code can be applied to each booking  for one child up to 18 months old.

The offer follows a 10% rise in infants travelling with easyJet holidays this year compared to the whole of 2025.

However, its recent survey discovered that 9% of parents admitted not knowing that their baby needed their own passport until they started planning a holiday.

Some 48% said their first holiday with an infant was easier than they’d expected and 87% would confidently do it all again.

Of those parents surveyed, 38% said they want or plan to take an overseas family holiday during their parental leave.

Despite 27% believing adapting their routine would be a challenge, half of those who took their children abroad said they were able to adapt to changes in routine well and settled quickly in unfamiliar environments.

More than half a million families welcome a new baby each year in England and Wales, according to the Office of National Statistics.
