Agents’ confidence in selling Virgin Voyages has soared by 34% after a UK and Ireland ship tour onboard the Valiant Lady.
More than 1,200 agents attended the ‘Valiant Lady UK Summer Tour 2026, which took place throughout August, calling at Dublin, Glasgow, Liverpool, Belfast, Edinburgh and twice at Portsmouth.
Before the visit, agents said their confidence in selling the brand was 57%, which rose to 91% after the tour, according to Virgin Voyages. Of those taking part in visits, 79% were new to selling the brand.
Feedback also showed 94% rated the overall experience a four or five out of five, with Belfast and Glasgow each reaching 96%. Onboard service scored 94% and food scored 90%.
At each event, agents took part in ship tours, hands-on product experiences, hosted dining and entertainment showcases.
