TUI Group and Royalton CHIC Resorts have announced a joint project to open a hotel in Jamaica in 2026.
TUI’s Global Hospitality Fund has acquired an existing hotel in Runaway Bay, which is being redesigned and is expected to open in late 2026 as Royalton CHIC Jamaica Paradise Cove, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resorts – Adults Only.
There will be 345 suites, including Diamond Club room categories with personal butlers and exclusive areas and amenities.
The newly acquired hotel will be the third owned by the TUI Global Hospitality Fund. The others are in Zanzibar and Cape Verde.
TUI Group Chief Strategy Officer & CEO Holiday Experiences Peter Krueger said: “TUI, as a shareholder in Royalton, is already a leading leisure hotel provider in the Caribbean. Many international guests, not only from Europe but also from North America, ensure that the hotel locations are highly profitable. I am very pleased that we are driving forward the value-adding business in Jamaica with the support of the hotel fund investors.”
