The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton is set to open its doors in early 2026.
Owned and operated by Dominus, the 234-room property will be located on Great Tower Street, close to the Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral.
The hotel’s rooms will feature 15 suites with panoramic city views.
Dining facilities include Rycrofte’s, a restaurant overlooking St Dunstan in the East Church Garden, serving ‘classic British cuisine with inventive flair and seasonal ingredients’.
The hotel will also feature private dining, a 24-hour gym and Mercer’s Market, a monthly showcase of work from local artists.
