Jet2 expands flights to Eurovision 2027 host city

Jet2 has added extra flights to Bourgas, Bulgaria from four UK airports for the Eurovision Song Contest 2027.

The additional services will operate from Birmingham, East Midlands, Glasgow and Manchester, with flights timed around the two semi-finals on 11 and 13 May and the Grand Final on 15 May.

The expanded programme, which is on sale now, means Jet2 will fly to the Bulgarian Black Sea city from 11 UK airports during Eurovision week.

Services from East Midlands, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool and London Stansted are exclusive to Jet2. The airline will also operate flights from Birmingham, Bristol, London Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle.

Jet2 Chief Customer Officer David Hills said: “Eurovision is one of the most exciting events in the entertainment calendar, and with additional departures from Birmingham, East Midlands, Glasgow and Manchester airports, we are giving UK fans even more opportunities to travel to Burgas for the 2027 contest.

“With flights from 11 UK airports, six exclusive routes and a choice of departure dates across Eurovision week, customers and independent travel agents have more choice and flexibility than ever when planning their trip, whether they are travelling for the Semi-Finals, the Grand Final or a longer stay.

“Flights are on sale now, so we encourage fans to book early and secure their place at the Eurovision Song Contest 2027.”
