Jet2 has introduced flights and holidays to Tivat, Montenegro from Leeds Bradford Airport for summer 2027.
The new route will operate weekly on Mondays from 10 May to 27 September 2027 and will be exclusive to Jet2 from the airport.
The announcement comes a week after Jet2 unveiled two other new summer 2027 routes from Leeds Bradford, to Preveza and Santorini in Greece.
Tivat becomes the airline’s fifth new route from Leeds Bradford for summer 2027, alongside Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
Jet2 said the addition responds to demand from customers booking further ahead and gives passengers in Yorkshire direct access to Montenegro for the first time with the airline. The carrier’s summer 2027 programme from Leeds Bradford will include 53 routes and almost two million seats, making it the airline’s largest schedule from the airport to date.
Jet2 has also reiterated that it does not plan to introduce surcharges on booked flights or holidays despite recent increases in aviation fuel costs, saying customers will pay the price at which they originally booked.
CEO Steve Heapy said: “With stunning scenery, a wonderful climate, and fantastic resorts such as Budva and Becici on offer, we are expecting this destination to be hugely popular with holidaymakers.”
