Fareteam says it is ‘strengthening its focus on travel agents in Great Britain’ after UK sales and long-haul flight bookings continued to grow.
The flight-only booking platform, part of World Travel Centre Group, provides agents with discounted airfares and support for long-haul, group and complex bookings.
UK sales are already 27% ahead of last year’s full-year total, with Britain now accounting for 27% of Fareteam’s overall business, up from 18% in 2024/25.
Belfast-based Fareteam currently works with more than 100 travel agencies and 500 active users, with more than one million flight searches made through the platform each year.
The company expects to pass 110,000 passengers booked through its NDC technology since its launch in June 2021, representing more than £40m in sales. The NDC technology allows agents to access airline fares, options and extras more directly than through traditional booking systems.
Fareteam said bookings made using the technology have grown at an annual rate of 63% over the four years to 2025.
A recent customer survey recorded 98% satisfaction.
