TUI UK&I has promoted Jill Cunningham to Director of Retail, Omnichannel and 3rd Party Sales following the resignation of Belinda Vazquez
Formerly Head of Retail Operations and Trade, Jill will lead the teams across TUI’s retail stores, retail operations, trade relations and property.
She will take overall responsibility for sales and distribution through TUI’s own agents, as well as through independent retailers.
Jill will report to Director of Marketing & Sales UK&I Bart Quinton Smith.
“I’m excited for Jill to step into her new role as she brings with her a wealth of experience and great leadership which I’m confident will enable her to deliver for our customers, colleagues, and partners across the UK & Ireland. I’d like to wish her every success and I looking forward to working closely with her,” he said.
Jill added: “I’m delighted to be taking on this new challenge and I’m looking forward to working with more of our talented teams and agent partners who play a crucial role in our business.
“Having joined TUI 22 years ago I have a solid understanding of our customers, retail agents and partners which will help to shape our plans moving forward and support the wider business strategy.”
Jill joined the business in 2003 as a holiday rep in Kefalonia and has held a variety of roles in the business including Musement, airline, and most recently, a decade in retail operations.
She will officially start her role on 2 June.
