Tamzin Lewis joined Premier Holidays earlier this month as Business Development Manager West.
Read on to find out more about Tamzin and her new role.
I never travel without… my phone, earphones and a good book.
The famous person (dead or alive) I’d most like to sit next to on a plane is… the hilarious Micky Flanagan. He’s my guilty crush.
My weakness is… salt and vinegar crisps.
The next place I’ll visit is… Leicestershire next week on my agent visits.
The worst thing I ever ate abroad was… veal, by accident. Gross.
My bucket-list destinations are… Maldives and Borneo.
Born and brought up in… Burton-on-Trent in the Midlands (where beer and Marmite is from).
Live in… Burton-on-Trent.
The best piece of advice I’ve been given is… This too shall pass.
If I could eat one meal for the rest of my life it would be… Lasagna (and crisps).
The emoji I use most often is… the ‘face with tears of joy’ emoji 😂.
The thing I miss most while travelling is… don’t tell my husband, but I miss my dogs. Alfie is my special boy, he is 12 now. He is a Norfolk Terrier/Jack Russell cross. Maisie is a rescue from Romania. We’re not sure how old she is but we think she’s about seven or eight. She looks like she has Collie in her.
When I left school, I wanted to be… cabin crew.
The thing I’m most proud of is… always giving it a go. Sometimes this works and sometimes it absolutely doesn’t.
In my new role, I’ll be… proudly flying the Premier Holidays flag across the West region. I can’t wait to get out on the road, meet all the fantastic agents in my area, and share everything new and exciting happening at Premier Holidays. With our 90th birthday approaching next year, there’s plenty to celebrate, and lots of exciting news on the horizon. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates coming soon.
What attracted me to the job was… both the company and the incredible product. From my experience out on the road over the years, I’ve always known that Premier Holidays offers an amazing range of products and is a fantastic company to work for. Having such a wonderful brand to represent makes my job an absolute pleasure.
