CruiseKings has launched a new recruitment drive as it approaches £150 million in sales, having grown by more than 70% over the past three years.
The Ayrshire-based cruise specialist is looking to hire experienced sales agents for fully remote, salaried roles with an uncapped bonus scheme and private medical insurance.
There is no set number of vacancies, with the focus on finding the right people.
CruiseKings says it will also recruit across product, marketing, service, flights and tour operation teams as it continues to expand, and is encouraging candidates to send their CVs.
Director Rhiannon Kilbride said: “CruiseKings sells incredible holidays and experiences, but ultimately our success comes down to our people.
“We’ve grown by more than 70% in three years and are fast approaching £150 million in cruise business, making this an incredibly exciting time to join us.
“We want to attract talented people who share our ambition, value relationships and want to build a rewarding career with a business where their expertise and ideas are valued.”
CruiseKings is part of Brookly Travel, with sister brands including Scotland’s Cruise Centre, Canterbury Travel, Stewart Travel, Destinology, Villa Select, GolfKings, My Canada Trips and Santa Claus Trips.
