Hays Travel has appointed the Chief AI Officer at Kingfisher Group as its third non-executive director.
Dr Mohsen Ghasempour will join in October.
He has been with Kingfisher plc, the parent of B&Q and Screwfix, since 2021.
Hays owner and Chair Dame Irene Hays said: “Dr Mohsen Ghasempour is a distinguished expert in the field of artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on retail and customer experience.
“We are delighted to welcome him to our board and look forward to collaborating with him as we further develop the use of data, technology and AI across our group.
