Hurtigruten has begun the search for a new UK & EMEA Sales Director following the announcement James Howlett will depart in the next few months.
James joined Hurtigruten four years ago and has held the UK & EMEA Sales Director title since November.
On LinkedIn, he announced he would be leaving the company, saying he was preparing ‘to move on to my next chapter in a few months time’.
A spokesperson for the cruise line told Travel Gossip: “James had decided to move on to a new opportunity within the travel industry.
“We have begun the process of identifying a successor.”
The spokesperson added: “With a strong start to the year and a highly experienced team in place, plus the fact that James is still with us for the next few months, it’s very much business as usual.”
