The Expedition Cruise Network (ECN) has expanded its team with two new appointments, including Iggy Gutauskas as Business Development Manager.
Iggy has been brought in to help ECN build relationships across the travel industry, develop new commercial opportunities and broaden the network of organisations engaged with the expedition cruise sector.
He has previously worked in sales roles, including at Virgin Holidays and Audley Travel.
Iggy said: “I’m incredibly excited to join ECN and reconnect with the travel industry in a new way, working with such an inspiring network of expedition specialists and helping to grow this exciting sector.”
Meanwhile, Charlott Aying has joined as Executive Assistant to CEO and co-founder Akvile Marozaite.
She joins from The Good Travel Agent, where she was a consultant. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Something Big and events coordinator for a range of companies.
Akvile said: “I am delighted to welcome Charlotte and Iggy to the ECN team ahead of our third conference this September. As the only industry organisation dedicated exclusively to expedition cruising, our mission is to increase awareness and understanding of the sector across the wider travel industry, while expanding the support we provide to our members and partners.
“Charlotte’s experience will be invaluable as the scope of our work continues to grow, while Iggy will help us develop new relationships and commercial opportunities across the industry.”
ECN’s third annual conference takes place at Glaziers Hall in London on 29 and 30 September 2026.
