EasyJet has announced two new routes from Aberdeen International Airport next summer.
Twice-weekly flights from Aberdeen to Barcelona will launch on 31 March 2027, operating on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while flights to Mallorca will begin on 3 May 2027, operating on Thursdays and Sundays.
EasyJet UK Country Manager Kevin Doyle said: “Scotland has always been an important market for easyJet.”
AGS Airports Portfolio Manager Jonathan Ford said: “We’re delighted to see easyJet continue to expand its network from Aberdeen with the introduction of routes to Barcelona and Mallorca.
“The launch of a direct service to Barcelona is particularly exciting, marking the first time the city has been served directly from Aberdeen and opening up a fantastic new destination for travellers across the north-east of Scotland.
“Both Barcelona and Mallorca are proven favourites with UK holidaymakers, and we have no doubt these routes will prove hugely popular with passengers looking for more choice and convenient access to some of Europe’s most sought-after destinations.”
