Hot on the heels of Lindblad Expeditions announcing the launch of European river cruises this week, Trafalgar has revealed it will also offer river cruises in 2026.
It will start next spring with two cruises, an eight-day voyage along Danube on the 128-passenger Trafalgar Reverie and a 10-day cruise along the Rhine on the 128-passenger Trafalgar Verity.
The programme has gone on sale via travel agents today, ahead of its release to the public.
As part of the launch, Trafalgar will enter agents who book a cruise up to 30 June 2025 into a prize draw for a 2026 river cruise for two. They will also earn a £50 lifestyle voucher for each booking. Past TTC Tour Brand guests who book by 31 May will receive double global tour rewards.

The programme begins on 11 April 2026.
Earlier this year, Celebrity Cruises announced that it will also launch a river cruise programme in 2027 after ordering 10 new ships.
