ABTA has launched an helpline to give members free legal advice on implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in a compliant and responsible way.
The helpline is provided by ABTA partner Data Driven Legal, a legal practice specialising in AI Governance and Data Protection.
The service is intended for companies exploring the use of AI technologies to enhance their products and services, looking for guidance on how to implement AI in a compliant and efficient manner.
Agents will get 30 minutes of free and expert advice on a range of compliance measures, including data protection, AI risk assessments, transparency, fairness, accountability, and ethical guidelines.
ABTA Commercial Director Claire Biddle said: “AI is an exciting tool for the industry, but businesses often need support to implement technologies in a compliant and efficient manner.
“So, we are thrilled to be working with ABTA Partner Data Driven Legal to offer free advice on AI matters. Like with all our helplines, ABTA members can access free, expert advice completely confidentially.”
