Jet2.com has celebrated another milestone with the inaugural flight departing from Bournemouth Airport, its 12th UK base.
The flight left Bournemouth for Tenerife on Tuesday 4 February, and passengers were treated to a VIP customer experience, a red-carpet welcome and personalised gifts.
As they waited to board the first flight, they were entertained by a Flamenco band and one customer was awarded a seven-night Jet2holiday to Majorca.
The first 10 holidaymakers to check-in at the airport were given a pair of Jet2.com return flights.
