UK agents join Royal Caribbean’s biggest-ever Seminar at Sea

Nearly 200 travel agents from the UK and Ireland are taking part in Royal Caribbean’s biggest-ever Seminar at Sea onboard its newest ship Legend of the Seas.

They have been joined by more than 350 travel partners from across the EMEA region for four days of immersive training and first-hand experiences.

From 16-20 August 2026, aboard the first Icon Class ship in Europe, agents will take part in three dedicated training sessions designed to build their understanding of the Royal Caribbean holiday experience.

Sessions will cover everything from onboard experiences and suite accommodations to key ports of call and Royal Caribbean’s Ultimate Destinations portfolio.

Beyond its dedicated training sessions, the programme is designed to immerse agents in the product they sell.

The Legend Quest, which debuted during the ship’s preview sailing earlier this summer, will return, challenging agents to explore Legend of the Seas through an interactive, gamified experience.

The four-night event sailed from Barcelona, with agents given dedicated time to experience the ship’s 40 ways to dine, drink and be entertained – from the new Hollywoodland Supper Club to the Broadway hit Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – alongside visits to Palma de Mallorca and La Spezia.

Welcoming agents onboard, Vice President & Managing Director, EMEA, Royal Caribbean Gerard Nolan said: “Our biggest-ever Seminar at Sea is another example of our continued commitment to supporting the travel partner community.

“Our travel partners are fundamental to our success, and we’ll continue to invest in them in a big way.”
