Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has unveiled its Autumn/Winter 2027 programme, featuring 20 sailings.
The new collection runs between October and December 2027 and includes voyages to destinations across the Mediterranean, Morocco, Norway and the Caribbean. Guests can hunt for the Northern Lights in Arctic Norway, explore historic cities and coastal gems in southern Europe, or enjoy festive sailings taking in Christmas markets and seasonal celebrations.
A key feature of the programme is a new Mediterranean fly-cruise programme on Balmoral, introduced in response to strong demand for shorter, destination-focused holidays. The itineraries have been designed with fewer sea days and more time ashore, allowing guests to explore destinations across the Greek Islands, Italy, Croatia and the French and Turkish Rivieras.
The programme also includes four maiden calls for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, with ships visiting Milazzo in Sicily, Taranto and Golfo Aranci in Italy, and Alanya in Turkey for the first time. Guests will also have the opportunity to visit smaller ports that are inaccessible to larger ships, including Mahon in Menorca, Propriano in Corsica, Ermopouli on Syros and Agios Nikolaos in Crete.
Head of Product Innovation Martin Lister said the programme offers a wide variety of experiences, ranging from shorter getaways and a five-night Mystery Cruise to longer voyages in search of winter sun and festive celebrations.
Sample cruises include the 15-night ‘Spain, Morocco and Portugal Discovery’ sailing from Newcastle, the 11-night ‘In Search of the Northern Lights’ cruise from Southampton, and the 12-night ‘Ancient Wonders of Turkey, Greece and Egypt’ fly-cruise from Athens.
