Azamara Cruises has launched a new training module to help agents use its RezA booking platform.
The course, available via the Azamara World Academy (AWA), is now open to registered travel partners worldwide.
The RezA platform, introduced in late 2024, allows agents to search sailings, create and manage bookings, process payments and handle guest profiles.
The new training module provides step-by-step guidance on the system’s full functionality. Agents are also shown how to maximise earnings by adding extras such as pre and post-cruise hotel stays, transfers, shore excursions and onboard packages.
Azamara said RezA also recognises agents, helping ensure repeat customers are routed back to the original advisor, improving continuity and supporting repeat business. CEO Dondra Ritzenthaler said the training reflects the line’s commitment to supporting the trade.
She added: “Travel advisors have always been an essential part of Azamara’s success, and investing in their growth remains one of our highest priorities.
“The launch of the RezA chapter within Azamara World Academy reflects our ongoing commitment to listening, learning, and delivering the resources our advisor partners need to succeed.
“When advisors feel confident using our tools, they’re able to create more seamless, personalized experiences for their clients while growing their own businesses, and that’s a win for everyone.”
