TTC Tour Brands has enhanced its groups programme across Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Costsaver.
The updated programme covers scheduled groups, custom groups, small groups and Trafalgar River Cruises.
The operator group said the changes are designed to simplify the booking process, giving agents greater flexibility and more control when managing group enquiries.
The custom groups offering has been expanded, allowing agents to create bespoke itineraries for groups of 15 or more guests, supported by dedicated groups specialists from planning to departure.
Agents will also benefit from improved booking capabilities, two-way communication and real-time availability, with group pricing locked in at the time of reservation.
The programme introduces stackable offers, allowing agents to combine group benefits with eligible promotions across TTC Tour Brands’ touring portfolio.
For small groups, agents can place holds on bookings for nine to 10 guests, with benefits including a 5% group discount, 50% off the 10th guest or a free place for an 18th traveller.
Trafalgar River Cruises has also introduced an enhanced group proposition, including discounts, stackable offers and its new Groups Amenity Points (GAP Points) rewards programme, which can be redeemed against onboard experiences, shore excursions and onboard credit.
The company will host training webinars to showcase the changes and help agents maximise the new opportunities.
TTC Tour Brands Managing Director Kelly Jackson said: “Group travel continues to be one of the biggest growth opportunities for our travel agent partners, so it’s important we make doing business with us as simple and rewarding as possible.
“These enhancements are all about removing complexity, giving agents greater flexibility and providing the tools they need to secure bookings with confidence.
“Whether they’re booking a scheduled departure, a completely bespoke itinerary or a river cruise, we’re making it easier than ever for agents to grow their group business while delivering exceptional experiences for their customers.”
