Eurostar has opened a new Service Centre at St Pancras International, replacing its previous customer service podiums.
The centre features three seated desks where customers can speak directly with Eurostar staff about ticket purchases and other general enquiries. Two of the desks are wheelchair accessible, with hearing induction loops also installed.
Five self-service ticket machines will remain available for customers.
The Service Centre is open daily (excluding Christmas Day) from 4:30am to 7:45pm, Monday to Friday. It will be open slightly later on Saturdays and Sundays at 5:15am and 6:45am, respectively
