Agents take centre stage in Iberostar’s new resort video series

Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has launched its latest video series showcasing its resorts through the eyes of travel agents, as part of its ‘For Travel Agents, by Travel Agents’ project.

The initiative gives agents real-life recommendations from trusted peers, with agents from around the world taking part including Sarah Bahous of SB Luxury Travel in London.

Sarah visited the Iberostar Waves Royal Andalus with her son, Max. Check out Sarah’s video below.

Sarah said: “Working on ‘For Travel Agents by Travel Agents’ project has been so exciting. I’ve worked with Iberostar for years and they’re one of the few groups I really trust, with consistent standards and top-notch guest experience. Iberostar Waves Royal Andalus is brilliant too, modern, relaxed, but still premium. I was involved in the project and was genuinely impressed, it felt fresh, elevated, and went really well thought out.”

Located on La Barrosa Beachin Chiclana, Andalucia, the four-star property suits families, golfers and those keen to explore nearby Cadiz, Jerez and Gibraltar.

Beachfront break

Room options range from double rooms to two-bedroom sea view family rooms, which are located close to the kids’ pool, Aquafun, and the main pool and snack bar. The most spacious option is the beachfront sea view suite (pictured, above), which has a separate bedroom, living room and a terrace with direct Atlantic Ocean views.

Activities galore

Guests have access to three outdoor swimming pools, a heated indoor pool, a splash park and a playground.

Star Camp, for children aged six months to 15 years, offers entertainment alongside ocean and environmental education.

There are also tennis and padel courts, a spa and fitness centre, and golfers can tee off at the Iberostar Real Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club, just a few minutes’ away, which has two 18-hole courses designed by Spanish golf professional Severiano Ballesteros.

The resort has seven restaurants and bars, including Manolete, which serves local dishes, and buffet restaurant Al Andalus, which hosts Andalucian-themed evenings.
