Applicable to travel trade professionals working in the United Kingdom or Ireland. By entering you agree to Travel Gossip’s standard competition terms & conditions. 

1. Promoter and administrator. The promotion is funded by London Gatwick Airport and administered by Travel Gossip. Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C. (“Qatar Airways”) is the prize provider only and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the entry platform, or any failure by Travel Gossip, London Gatwick Airport or a trade partner to receive, record or process an entry.
2. The promotion is open to individual travel trade professionals aged 18 or over who are resident and working in the United Kingdom or Ireland for an eligible travel trade partner. Employees, officers and agents of Qatar Airways, London Gatwick Airport, Travel Gossip, the participating trade partners and their immediate families or households, together with anyone professionally connected with the promotion, may not enter. Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation complies with their employer’s policies relating to gifts, incentives and promotional activities. Qatar Airways accepts no responsibility for any breach of such policies.
3. Promotion period. Entries open at 00:00 on 6 November 2026 and close at 23:59 on 4 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. Qualifying booking. A qualifying booking must: (a) be a new, genuine and confirmed booking created during the Promotion Period; (b) originate at London Gatwick (LGW); (c) be for travel to a destination on the Qatar Airways network; (d) include only flights operated by Qatar Airways on the qualifying itinerary, excluding codeshare flights operated by another carrier; and (e) not be a FAM, AD, ID, infant, staff, prize, complimentary, group, cancelled, refunded, speculative or duplicate booking. All qualifying bookings must be ticketed by 4 December 2026, with travel completed by 31 March 2027.
5. How to enter. For each qualifying booking, the entrant must complete the Travel Gossip entry form and accurately record their name, company, the origin and destination (“O&D”), the booking class, and the valid booking reference/Passenger Name Record (“PNR”). Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, duplicate, altered or unverifiable submissions may be rejected.
6. Number of entries. Each qualifying booking earns one entry. A qualifying booking to Australia or New Zealand, or a qualifying booking containing eligible Business Class travel, earns two entries in total. The maximum number of entries available for any single booking is two. Multiple bookings may be submitted, but the same PNR may be entered only once.
7. Booking integrity and verification. Bookings must remain active and not be cancelled or refunded before the draw and may be checked against Qatar Airways booking records. Qatar Airways and the promotion administrator may request evidence of the booking, ticketing, qualifying itinerary, employment and employer permission. They may disqualify any entry that cannot be verified or that appears fraudulent, automated, manipulated, made in breach of these terms, or created primarily to obtain entries. All qualifying bookings must be ticketed by 4 December 2026, with travel completed by 31 March 2027.
8. Winner selection. The winner will be the eligible entrant who has earned the highest total number of valid entries during the Promotion Period, calculated in accordance with clause 6 and subject to verification of all submitted bookings. In the event of a tie, the tied entrant whose final qualifying booking was made earliest during the Promotion Period will be the winner. The winner will be confirmed by 15 December 2026, contacted using the details supplied on the entry form and must respond within 3 days. If the provisional winner does not respond, is ineligible, cannot provide the requested verification or cannot accept the prize, they will forfeit the prize and the eligible entrant with the next-highest total number of valid entries will be selected. Qatar Airways is not responsible for the selection of the winner and accepts no liability for any dispute relating to the administration of the promotion, eligibility determination, entry validation or winner selection process.
9. Prize terms. The prize is two return Economy Class tickets from London Gatwick to one destination on the Qatar Airways-operated network. Tickets must be booked and issued by 30 October 2027, and travel completed by 10 December 2027. The winner and companion must travel together. The prize is subject to availability and applicable blackout dates, travel restrictions, routing, fare and ticketing conditions. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value and cannot be upgraded, exchanged or resold. The winner and companion are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, ground transport, accommodation and all other costs not expressly included in the prize. Qatar Airways’ Conditions of Carriage apply.
10. Changes or cancellation. The Promoter Travel Gossip reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion. Qatar Airways reserves the right to amend flight schedules, routings and availability in accordance with its Conditions of Carriage.
11. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qatar Airways is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, cancellation, technical failure, lost entry, third-party act or omission, or expense arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent directly caused by Qatar Airways’ negligence or breach of law. Travel Gossip is responsible for the operation and security of its entry form and channels.
12. Data protection. Qatar Airways will only process personal data necessary for prize fulfilment.
13. Travel Gossip is responsible for administration, eligibility verification and winner selection. Qatar Airways’ decision is final only in relation to prize fulfilment, flight availability and ticketing.
