Virgin Atlantic Holidays is seeking staff to join a new store it is opening at Battersea Power Station in London.
The flagship store will open later this year and follows a 12-week summer takeover campaign Virgin ran at Battersea last summer in partnership with Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc, which included events, experiences and a pop-up shop.
Virgin Atlantic Chief Commercial Officer Dave Greer said: “We’re incredibly excited to open our first London flagship store at Battersea Power Station.
“It’s a landmark destination that perfectly reflects the ambition behind Virgin Atlantic Holidays as we continue to evolve our retail experience.
“We know that when customers are planning a significant holiday, there’s something special about sitting down with an expert who can inspire you, share their knowledge and help turn an idea into an unforgettable trip.
“Our Battersea Power Station flagship will bring that experience to life in a bold new way and represents an exciting next chapter for Virgin Atlantic Holidays in London.”
Battersea Power Station Development Company Senior Commercialisation Manager Guy Smith said: “Our partnership with Virgin Atlantic Holidays began last year with a successful summer takeover campaign, and we’re delighted to build on that momentum with the opening of the brand’s new flagship store at Battersea Power Station later this year.
“Virgin Atlantic Holidays will be a fantastic addition to our retail line-up.”
The company is looking for part-time and full-time travel advisors to join the store. Click here for more details.
