USAirtours and sister company Beyond Cruising are opening their call centres for longer after trade demand.
Effective immediately, phone lines will now remain open until 8pm on Mondays, extending the previous closing time by two hours.
The change is a result of feedback from homeworkers and is designed to improve call centre accessibility.
It comes as comes as the number of homeworker bookings with USAirtours continues to grow, increasing by more than 30% year on year.
USAirtours Chief Revenue Officer Jaymin Patel said: “As a trade-only brand we’re committed to supporting our agent partners and continually improving the ways in which they can work and connect with us. Extending opening hours is yet another demonstration of that, making it easier for travel agents – and in particular homeworkers – to access the expertise and support they need.
“The significant rise in homeworker bookings highlights the growing importance of this market and the need to provide a service that is accessible and tailored to the way they operate.”
USAirtours said it ensures that all trade calls are answered within two minutes.
