The Sunday Times has named the best places to work in the UK for 2025, with easyJet holidays, loveholidays and Travel Counsellors named in the top 115 big companies.
Published in collaboration with employee engagement experts WorkL, the list is based on employee surveys measuring employee experience, job satisfaction and wellbeing.
For the third consecutive year, easyJet holidays was named one of the best places to work in the UK thanks to initiatives like AccelerateHER, a programme to develop female talent, and a destinations graduate scheme, designed to help young people build careers in the travel industry.
Easyjet holidays CEO Garry Wilson said: “I couldn’t be prouder that easyJet holidays has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the third year in a row. This recognition is a true testament to the passion, dedication, and commitment of our brilliant team.”
Global trips, travel showcases, conferences abroad, free events and seasonal socials saw The Sunday Times name Travel Counsellors as one of the best places to work for the third consecutive year. Free massages, discounted holidays and a free Costco membership are among other perks.
Travel Counsellors Chief People Officer Victoria Wilson said: “Being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work for the third year in a row is something we’re incredibly proud of. It shows that culture isn’t something we simply talk about, it’s something we live and protect every day.”
Online travel agent loveholidays also made the list for the third year running. This was thanks to its on-the-job experience, training sessions and professional qualifications. Employees are also given individual learning budgets, with managers and leaders also provided with programmes.

Holiday Extras Group also made the list thanks to its long service awards for team members’ contributions, its career development and its mentoring programme.
Travel Perk’s work-from-anywhere policy, allowing employees to base themselves abroad for up to 20 days a year, and a paid four-week sabbatical after five years in service saw the travel management company also named in the list.
Other travel companies named on the list of best big places to work included Dakota Hotels, Firmdale Hotels, the Savoy Hotel, the Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company and Visit Britain/Visit England.
And Travel PR Agency Lemongrass was also named as one of the best small places to work for a second time.
Lemongrass Founder and CEO Mirjam Peternek McCartney said: “We are incredibly proud to be named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the second time. This recognition is a testament to the culture we have built, where creativity, collaboration and care for one another lie at the heart of everything we do.”
Other small travel companies in the list included Gloucestershire-based travel agent kate & tom’s and The Turquoise Holiday Company.
