Riviera Travel has added new training modules to its e-learning platform, Riviera Explorer.
New modules include ‘Why Riviera’, which features video content designed to help agents explain the company’s value to customers; a section on solos holidays and group bookings, as well as new content in the ‘Rivers & Tours’ module, aimed at helping agents match tours to customers.
Agents who complete the new modules will either gain or keep their Riviera Travel ‘Expert’ status, increasing their chances of winning prizes and fam trips.
