Luxury cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises has promoted Paul Beale and two other key members in a restructure of its UK sales team.
Paul’s role has now been expanded to include Vice President Sales UK & Ireland for Oceania Cruises as well as for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, in a newly created, dual-branded role.
He will report to Steve Odell, who was appointed Senior Vice President International and Consumer Sales for both brands in March.
Reporting into Paul will be Oceania Cruises Sales Director UK & Ireland Louise Craddock and Ed Lang, who has been promoted from Regent Seven Seas Cruises Director Strategic Accounts and Business Development UK and Middle East to Sales Director UK & Ireland.
In addition, Regent Seven Seas Cruises Regional Sales Manager Georgia Lewis has been promoted to Key Account Manager UK, reporting to Ed.
Steve said: “I am excited to announce this new sales structure for our vitally important markets in the UK and Ireland, meaning we are now well-positioned to maintain our lead in the luxury and ultra luxury segments.
“This new structure leverages our exceptional talent pool and allows the team to bolster the sharing of best practices, ultimately providing stronger support to our valued travel partners. It strategically positions both brands to capitalise on the growing demand for luxury and ultra luxury cruising while showcasing the strengths of our industry-leading team. I am excited to see what Paul and the entire team will achieve.”
The move comes as both cruise lines prepare to welcome new ships. Oceania Allura will launch in July 2025; Regent’s first new-generation ship, Seven Seas Prestige, will launch in 2026. In addition, Oceania Cruises’ first Project Quattro ship is scheduled for delivery in 2027.
Paul said: “Having been in the cruise industry for 24 years – more than half of them with Regent – I can’t wait to work with the sales teams across both brands to propel these two pre-eminent lines within their categories forward, and to help our trade partners grow their luxury and ultra luxury cruise business.”
