Newmarket Holidays has taken on a member of staff in a newly created role of Trade Sales Executive.
Casey Daniel, who has worked for the operator’s contact centre for almost 10 years, will do the role on secondment until the end of 2025.
She will support the trade team team with sales, help to boost agent engagement and provide training, as well as continuing to book holidays.
Head of Trade Sales & Partnerships Hayley Morris said: “Casey’s appointment ensures travel agents will receive enhanced training, better communication and increased support. She will be a direct and knowledgeable contact when agents need to resolve challenges, and her involvement in marketing, training portals and events will give agents new tools to sell Newmarket Holidays more effectively.”
