Beachcomber Tours has added packages to Tanzania and Zanzibar, offering a combination of safari and beach.
The destinations, which can be sold separately or combined, are featured in a new collection of luxury holidays.
Managing Director Mark Boullé said the Indian Ocean and Middle East specialist decided a year ago to introduce Tanzania and Zanzibar.
“Since then, we have spent time finding the right partners to look after our guests and deliver this exciting new programme,” he said.
“With increasing customer demand and more flight options available, we believe the launch timing could not be better.”
The launch, which comes almost 20 years after Beachcomber last sold Africa in 2008, follows the news that British Airways will start direct flights from London Gatwick to both Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar in May 2027.
The service, which will stop first at Kilimanjaro before continuing on to the Spice Island, will operate until 31 October 2027.
Next winter, TUI will also launch direct flights between Gatwick and Zanzibar, starting in November 2027.
Beachcomber’s offering will include a 10-night package combining Zanzibar with a Tanzania safari from £3,644 per person, in July 2027.
