EasyJet holidays welcomes 14 DMCs to annual destination-focused event

EasyJet holidays hosted 14 destination management companies from across Europe and North Africa at its three-day annual briefing at CenterParcs Woburn Forest.

The ‘Delivering More Together’ event, which was also attended by the tour operator’s new destination partner for Spain, BDX, included sessions on AI, branding and how DMCs can transform their space in arrival airports, easyJet holidays’ work to become the most loved tour operator by its destinations, including progress on its sustainability strategy, Holiday Better

The event also included the annual easyJet holidays DMC Awards, with Eco Viagens being crowned DMC of the Year, which was commended for its customer-focused approach to delivering brilliant experiences for holidaymakers in Portugal, Madeira and Cape Verde.

The DMCs spent the final day at easyJet holidays HQ Luton for meetings and conversations with colleagues from across the business.

EasyJet holidays Operations Director Mel Birch said: “The annual DMC briefing is a highlight of our calendar, bringing us together to celebrate success, strengthen collaboration and prepare for the season ahead, as we work together to deliver brilliant holidays for our customers.
