MSC Cruises has announced it will deploy MSC Euribia on seven-night Canary Islands and Madeira sailings for winter 2027-28.
The ship will offer four embarkation points – Tenerife, Funchal, Arrecife (on Lanzarote) and La Palma – with calls including Fuerteventura, Madeira, Lanzarote and Gran Canaria.
The deployment marks the fourth winter season for MSC Cruises’ Canary Islands programme.
One of the lines newest ships, MSC Euribia will bring increased capacity and a wider choice of dining, entertainment and onboard facilities to the region.
Meanwhile, MSC Fantasia will take over MSC Euribia’s current seven-night Western Mediterranean programme.
The sailings will operate roundtrip from Barcelona, calling at Marseille, Genoa, Naples, Palermo and La Goulette, Tunisia, with embarkation also available at several ports.
Sales for both programmes will open on 28 September 2026.
MSC Cruises CEO Gianni Onorato said: “The Canary Islands are an important part of our winter offering and a programme that our guests continue to value highly. Deploying MSC Euribia for winter 2027-28 is a clear demonstration of our commitment to the region and to the continued development of this popular programme.
“One of the newest ships in our fleet will increase the capacity for this season and bring an outstanding range of experiences to guests while allowing them to discover the distinctive character of the Canary Islands and Madeira.”
MSC Cruises will also be title sponsor of three 2027 Formula One races, the Belgian, Portuguese and Turkish Grands Prix, for the second consecutive year.
The races will run under the MSC Cruises name in Portugal (18–20 June), Belgium (23–25 July) and Turkey (1–3 October), with MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys branding featured across the season.
