EasyJet holidays has launched a new feedback survey for agents.
Following the success of last year’s survey, which saw Team Orange make several improvements, such as trade portal enhancements, the introduction of a live chat function, and more regular news and offer updates, the survey is an opportunity for agents to have their say on different touch points throughout the booking journey.
Everyone that completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw where six lucky agents will win a £50 Lifestyle shopping voucher.
The survey takes about five minutes to complete.
