Agents have the chance to win daily prizes with P&O Cruises’ 12-day festive incentive.
Starting today (3 December) agents can log into the Learn & Earn hub via Shine Rewards to win vouchers for Marco Pierre White restaurants, Elemis gift sets and José Pizarro paella kits.
Agents who complete all quizzes and challenges in the next 12 days will also go into a prize draw for their chance to win one of three cruises on Iona. The prize is a two-night sailing in a balcony cabin on 23 October 2025.
On Thursday (5 December) P&O Cruises will host a ‘Shine Bonanza’ on P&O Cruises Agent Sales’ Instagram with live sessions at 10.30am, 1pm, and 4pm.
Training & Engagement Manager Stephanie Adams said: “The festive Learn & Earn programme aims to empower agents with the knowledge and confidence needed to maximise sales during the busy wave period. Last year’s festive incentive saw thousands of interactions, and we promise this year will see more prizes and, I hope, a record number of agents engaging with us”.
