Balkan Holidays is the latest company to offer e-learning with Travel Gossip’s Agent Intelligence training, and agents who complete the course can win a £100 Love2Shop voucher.
The course is now live, enabling agents to learn about the destination and enhance their sales skills using the platform’s interactive assistant, role play and coaching. The training programme covers Balkan’s summer and winter programmes.
Agents who complete the training by the end of January will be entered into a draw to win the voucher.
Balkan Holidays Head of Sales and Brand Lynsey Jones said: “We are very excited about the launch of this new immersive training platform in conjunction with Travel Gossip and are pleased to see so many agents have already completed our initial first two modules within a week of launching, with three more to come in the coming months.”
