Beachcomber Tours is running a competition for agents and their children to join a fam trip in Mauritius.
Five travel agents will be selected to join Beachcomber’s first Long-Haul FAM-ily Educational Experience, with each being able to bring one of their children as a guest.
UK Sales Manager Sarah Archer said: “Beachcomber Tours has always been committed to offering exceptional, personalised service to all guests, including families, which account for almost 40% of our customer base.
“Our new FAM-ily Educational Experience is designed not only to give travel agents the tools they need to sell the destination but also to showcase how Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels offer the perfect location for a family holiday.”
The trip will be hosted by Beachcomber Tours Regional Sales Manager Sam Orbell, who will be bringing his son, Arlo.
Agents will stay at three Beachcomber resorts and the children will take part in activities including interactive eco-adventures and cultural workshops, while parents can play golf or have a spa treatment.
There will also be other activities including traditional Mauritian cooking classes, visits to local markets and guided tours of heritage sites. Agents and their families will also get to visit eco-friendly initiatives and conservation projects that Beachcomber is involved in.
To be in with a chance to join the fam trip, agents need to send a 60-second video featuring themselves and the child who will be accompanying them on the trip if they win a place. In the video, which should be fun and creative, agents and their plus-one must explain why Beachcomber offers the perfect family holiday.
The video should be emailed to: [email protected] and the closing date for entries is 31 December. The selected agents will be announced in January 2025 and the fam trip will take place between 11-18 July 2025.
