Agents making a booking with Shearings during the next two weeks will receive a Love2Shop voucher and go into a draw to win a holiday for two.
To celebrate its new look and ‘hassle-free holidays’ tagline, the escorted tour company is giving agents a £15 voucher for every new Europe booking, a £10 voucher for a UK booking and £5 voucher for a self-drive booking, made before 20 January.
Every booking will also be entered into a prize draw to win a holiday for two on one of Shearings’ new ‘mini-break tours.
To claim vouchers and enter the prize draw, agents should email their name, branch name, ABTA number and booking ID to [email protected].
Shearings has also launched its first new television advert since 2021, which will run across ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5 and various Sky channels throughout January and February.
The operator’s last advert four years ago, appeared shortly after it was acquired by Leger Holidays.
Leger Shearings Group CEO Liam Race said: “The 2021 Shearings TV commercial was very practical, we didn’t want to scare away the loyal ‘old’ Shearings’ customers, who had stuck with us through the change of ownership, with anything too different. That ad illustrated the coach, the driver, the type of travelling companions, destinations, and so on.”
The new advert features an ‘old rocker’ talking about his touring days, as he’s about to board a Shearings’ coach for a tour.
Liam added: “The ad highlights one of our new hassle-free promises – no lugging your luggage – by saying ‘you even get a roadie to lug your luggage’, keeping with the fun rockstar on tour theme.”
