VIVA Cruises launches 2026 programme

VIVA Cruises has launched its 2026 programme, which includes its premium line VIVA Boutique.

VIVA Boutique was launched earlier this year, aimed at offering a premium experience to guests, including an extended all-inclusive package, exclusive experiences, local onboard entertainment and elevated cuisine.

The 116-passenger VIVA BEYOND will be VIVA Cruises’ first VIVA Boutique ship. It will have more suites than any other ship in the fleet, with four junior suites and 10 master suites. The ship will also have a spacious sun deck, a fitness and treatment area and three restaurants.

VIVA BEYOND’s maiden voyage will be on the Seine in May 2026, with 25 departures scheduled for the year.

VIVA Cruises’ 2026 programme will have a total of 325 river cruises on eight modern ships, six of which will operate all year round.

Itinerary highlights include VIVA TIARA on the Rhine, Moselle and Main, VIVA ONE and VIVA MOMENTS will continue to offer a range of shorter cruises on the Rhine, which are ideal for those new to river cruises. Due to demand, the number of seven-night cruises on the Danube will be also increased.

VIVA TWO and VIVA ENJOY will offer year-round cruises departing from Passau and Vienna, respectively. With 13 departures on VIVA VOYAGE, VIVA Cruises will have its largest offering on the Rhône since 2018.

For the first time, a winter programme on the Seine with VIVA GLORIA will be available in January and February 2026, featuring three-night city stays in Paris and four-night cruises, which can be combined into a seven-night Seine experience.

PORTO MIRANTE will offer additional departures on the Douro river, while VIVA RUBY will operate sailings on smaller rivers and canals for seasoned travellers from February to December.

Early booking rates for the 2026 season are available until the end of 2024, which include a complimentary shore excursion.
