Swan Hellenic has announced a programme of cultural expedition cruises in the Arctic, featuring guest lecturers including a former Prime Minister of Greenland.
Bookings are now open for all of Swan Hellenic’s Arctic sailings on SH Vega and SH Diana. The Arctic cruises operate from May to September 2025 and 2026.
Itineraries include a seven-night roundtrip cruise from Longyearbyen, Norway; a 10-night roundtrip cruise from Tromso, Norway; a 10-night cruise from Iceland to Greenland and a 16-night cruise from Greenland to Halifax in Canada.
The experts announced for 2025 cruises include Uli Reyer, a biologist and former professor at the University of Zurich; Aleqa Hammond, Greenland’s first female Prime Minister; Antony Jinman, a polar explorer and Gabrielle Slowey, a political scientist.
