Virgin Voyages is offering 80% off the cruise fare for second passengers.
The cruise line’s Wave offer allows one passenger to get the discount when travelling with a full-paying guest.
The second passenger is also entitled to up to $300 (£241) in drinks, depending on the length of the cruise.
The Wave offer is valid until 31 January on bookings in 2025 and 2026, including on Virgin Voyages’ final addition to its fleet, Brilliant Lady, which launches in September.
The ship’s inaugural season will explore North America, with sailings including New York City to Bermuda and Canada; Los Angeles to Mexico; Miami to the ABC Islands; and Seattle to Alaska.
Brilliant Lady will also sail through the Panama Canal to Costa Rica and Guatemala.
