Newmarket Holidays has opened bookings for its 2027 European escorted tours, three months earlier than its 2026 programme.
The operator said it released the programme early after seeing an increased demand for short haul bookings, with agent bookings up 30% over the past three months compared to the same period last year.
Newmarket has put 80% of its European tours on sale, with new tours launching in the next few weeks including a journey through southern Italy, a tour to Lake Maggiore and scenic journey on Switzerland’s Centovalli Railway.
Tour types for 2027 include tour & cruise, rail, city and beach breaks.
Head of Trade Sales and Partnerships Hayley Morris said: “This is the earliest we have ever launched our short-haul season, and it’s a fantastic opportunity for agents to capitalise on strong customer demand, encourage early bookings and help travellers secure their preferred dates and tours well ahead of time.
“With lots of our best-selling European tours already live, agents can help their customers choose from the widest range of dates and the best availability, so they can look forward to some of our most popular experiences across Europe.”
