Italian small group specialist Magari Tours is offering more exclusive tour departures in its newly launched 2026/27 programme.
The exclusive departures allow agents to manage their own tour, controlling passenger numbers and tailoring the departure airport. They only need to commit once clients’ deposits have been received after advance promotion.
Agents can also travel with their clients on the tour.
The 2026/27 programme features five key regions: Tuscany, Lombardy, Umbria, Puglia and Sicily.
More immersive experiences have been added, including an outdoor pasta-making class or a drive in a classic Italian car.
Director of Product & Sales Tony Flanagan said: “Based on the positive feedback from our inaugural exclusive tour, we are delighted to provide the same opportunity for other agents.
“Being able to offer the flexibility to manage their own tour and tailor flights puts agents in a strong position. No other agent in their area will be selling the same departure date. It really is the perfect way for our partners to provide clients with their dream authentic escorted tour to Italy.
“We are passionate about providing ‘off the beaten track’ sustainable and truly authentic adventures for clients. By enhancing our local excursions, we ensure our itineraries reach the heart of a region as clients meet locals and discover more about their way of life, culture, food and heritage.
We are working with suppliers who share the same passion for showcasing sustainable culinary experiences and hidden gems which are not included in more mainstream tours.”
Escorted tour prices lead in at £1,995 per person, for a six-night ‘The Secluded Tuscany’ itinerary with March, May, June, September and October 2026 departures.
The tour is based at the four-star Grand Hotel Impero in Castel del Piano and covers lesser-known Tuscany as well Siena and Montepulciano.
