Leger Holidays has published its first standalone rail holidays brochure.
The ‘Fully Escorted Rail Holidays Throughout Europe 2025- 2026 Collection’ features travel by rail from the UK, holidays that include a rail experience, or both.
Head of Retail Sales Ashley Dellow said: “Trains hold a special fascination, and the new Leger Holidays’ brochure contains some real wishlist rail experiences. In addition, agents increasingly tell me their customers want to avoid airports and many of the tours in the brochure offer travel from London to Europe by rail – it’s a faster way to get the holiday underway but like coach travel it’s stress free and gives the chance to relax and enjoy the scenery on the way.”
Memorable train excursions in the programme include the Red and Yellow Trains of the Pyrenees, the Jungfrau Railway, and the Glacier Express through the Swiss Alps.
In addition, there are festive rail holidays featuring travel by rail or air, taking in exciting destinations including the Swiss Alps, the Black Forest and Transylvania.
Five brand new rail holidays make their debut in the brochure, including two 2026 long-haul tours to India and South Africa.
