Larnaka Tourism Board has launched new digital tools to make it easier for visitors and the trade to design holiday experiences and make the most out of a trip.
A new, easy-to-use digital platform has been launched for booking experiential activities in the region, offering a simple way to discover and book excursions, tours, and workshops, as well as arrange hotel transfers.
The platform allows users to select experiences based on date, preference, group size, and hotel. Activities include tasting tours, cocktail workshops, adventure and cultural tours.
The tourist board has also updated its 360° Larnaka Cultural Walk virtual platform, which allows visitors to scan QR codes placed on attractions throughout the city to instantly access information, discover nearby points of interest, and find out more. It can be used for advance trip planning or as a virtual guide while walking around the city.
The Larnaka Cultural Walk offers three themed routes: Seafront & Town Centre, Archaeology & Museums, and Culture & Nature, allowing visitors to explore according to their interests. Those who prefer a guided experience can join the Free Wednesday Guided Walking Tour, which requires no booking and offers a friendly introduction to the city’s highlights.
To complement these digital initiatives, Larnaka Tourism Board has created a social media series highlighting authentic local experiences, featuring local and international influencers and personalities.
All videos can be viewed collectively on the Larnaka Tourism YouTube channel as well as on Facebook, Instagram, X Bluesky and TikTok.
