Intrepid launches 100 new trips for 2026

Intrepid Travel has announced it will offer more than 100 new trips for 2026.

Featuring itineraries across more than 50 countries, the new tours include 32 active trips, which comes in response to a 14% year-on-year growth in active bookings from UK customers this year.

Highlights include a seven-day hiking, biking and rafting trip to Croatia and Montenegro and an overnight volcano hike in Guatemala as part of a nine-day Central America itinerary.

Family travel is a key focus after 36% year-on-year growth in UK family bookings this year.

A total of 10 new family trips have been added, including a 14-day Ecuador Amazon & Galapagos tour. There is also a new children’s pricing policy offering 20% off for travellers aged 17 and under.

Intrepid has also launched a Premium Walking and Trekking range, offering higher-end active adventures in destinations including Vietnam, Jordan and Morocco.

Other additions include six new rail trips and new destinations such as Sierra Leone and the Faroe Islands.

General Manager for Global Experiences Erica Kritikides said: “Our latest trips span destinations across the globe, offering meaningful opportunities to connect with like-minded travellers and engage with local communities. As we continue to expand our global offering, we remain dedicated to developing trips that create positive impact – building connection, enriching communities and leaving travellers with lasting memories.”
