Daytrip, a global platform selling private city-to-city transfers, has branched out into offering day trips.
Initially, it is offering more than 1,000 day trips to over 200 locations, mostly in Europe, provided by local drivers.
However, it is aiming to increase this to cover 500 of its most popular destinations by the autumn.
The day trips are available to book alongside the platform’s core offering of one-way or return city-to-city transfers, which can also include sightseeing stops on the way.
Travel agents booking with Daytrip will receive commission or a discount, depending on their preference.
“Introducing day trips is a natural extension of our mission to connect travellers with authentic local culture,” said co-founder Valeriia Pshenychna.
“Even if you’re staying in one place rather than travelling between cities, our carefully curated itineraries offer unique experiences and hidden gems that you can explore within a single day.”
