G Adventures has confirmed its tourism summit GX will return next year, taking place in Morocco.
The tour operator announced the location of its summit at the closing ceremony of its 2025 GX Summit in Amman, Jordan.
The 2026 summit is expected to attract around 1,000 delegates and will combine keynote sessions, local impact visits and industry workshops.
It comes after the Moroccan National Tourist Office reported UK arrivals to Morocco were up 26% by the end of July 2025, which followed a 33% surge in 2024 compared to 2023.
Meanwhile, international arrivals grew by 20% in 2024 to reach 17.4 million, making Morocco the most visited country in Africa, sitting ahead of Egypt, Tunisia and South Africa.
Other details, such as dates and an exact location, have yet to be revealed.
