BA CityFlyer will add flights to Bergerac in France to its London Stansted scheduled next summer.
The weekly service will operate in addition to CityFlyer’s five flights a week to Bergerac from London City Airport.
BA returned to Stansted in May this year with twice weekly CityFlyer flights to Florence, Ibiza and Nice, having suspended services during the pandemic.
The new service to Bergerac, in the Dordogne, will start on 28 June, using a 119-seat Embraer E190 aircraft.
It will be competing with Ryanair, which offers up to seven flights a week between Stansted and Bergerac in the summer peak.
